The firm is established in 1987 by Rajendra Ponkshe a Chartered Accountant, Certified Information Systems Auditor(USA), Certified Internal Auditor (USA) and Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) and Law graduate working as system auditor, internal auditor and risk professional with 25 + year experience. The firm also has its Mumbai Operations office at Thane headed by partner Satish Joshi, FCA, CISA who also has 20+ years experience in internal audits, consulting in project finance, compliance and the systems security and risk analysis. The firm is engaged in internal audits covering compliance, operational and reporting controls and IT security assurance and management advisory for small, medium and large enterprises including commercial banks in co-operative, private and public sector in India.
